Investor due diligence

We audit on your behalf and report what the deck leaves out.

What it is

A pitch deck is a claim. Due diligence is the work of checking it: whether the product does what the founders say, whether the numbers on the dashboard survive contact with the chain, and who can move the money once you have wired yours.

We run the technical review an investor cannot run themselves, and write it up so both your analysts and your investment committee can act on it.

What we examine

  • Independent technical review of the product you are about to fund.
  • Claim by claim: does it do what the pitch says, or only what the slide says?
  • On-chain verification of TVL, contracts, token supply, treasury and holders.
  • Admin powers named: who can mint, pause, upgrade or move user funds.
  • Licensing exposure in every market the team plans to serve.
  • Investor-ready report: go, no-go, or go with these conditions.

What you get

01

A verdict, stated plainly: go, no-go, or go with these conditions.

02

Every material claim from the deck marked verified, unverified or contradicted.

03

The admin power map: who can take the money, and what would have to fail first.

04

A summary your investment committee can read in five minutes, with the evidence behind it.

Questions we get asked

Does the target team have to cooperate?

It helps, and refusal is itself a finding. Much of the work runs on public code and chain data, so we can produce a useful assessment either way and will tell you exactly what we could not reach.

How fast can you turn this around?

Deal timelines are short and we scope to them. Tell us the date; we will tell you honestly what depth is achievable by it rather than promising everything and delivering a skim.

Is this investment advice?

No. We report what the technology and the regulatory position actually are. Whether that is a good investment is your call, and we are not licensed to make it.

Will the target know we commissioned it?

Only if you tell them or if the scope requires their cooperation. We take instructions on that from you.
